Intimates.NZ can assist in organizing professional photography; however, no refunds will be issued once a photo shoot has commenced, and cancellation fees may apply.
6. Copyright of Promotional Materials

7. Suspension and Termination

Payments & Cancellations – Intimates.NZ
General
All prices listed on the Intimates.NZ website are in New Zealand Dollars and include Government GST. Payments will not be considered received or paid until they have been fully processed and received by Intimates.NZ. For international credit card transactions, the price shown may differ from the amount charged to the credit card account due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via payments options provided on the website or or by direct bank transfer to Intimates.NZ’s nominated bank account. When paying by direct deposit into Intimates.NZ’s nominated bank account. To ensure there is no interruption to advertising on the Intimates.NZ website, the Advertiser must make payment no later than 24 hours after the next due date. If payment is not received within 24 hours after the expiry of the current advertising period, Intimates.NZ reserves the right to suspend the Advertiser’s advertising until payment is received.
Refunds
Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of Intimates.NZ. There are no refunds for any Intimates.NZ does not issue refunds for changes of mind regarding the use of the services before the end of the period for which the Advertiser has made a pre-payment.
Liability, Indemnity, and Release – Intimates.NZ
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intimates.NZ (including its officers, employees, subcontractors, and agents) shall not be held responsible or liable for:
